Problem: An international provider of counseling and rehabilitation services had no website, and an employee manual that badly needed revision.

Solution: We created an attractive website with many pages that tells what AV does, includes instructive pictures of its facility and staff, has client testimonials, markets self-help books, and lets site visitors know of upcoming events and items of interest. We also trained their staff how to maintain the site and add new content. Sometimes, however, they elected to delegate this to us, which is another service we are happy to provide.

For the employee manual, we took what was there, material from a variety of authors. We proofread and edited the entirety of the writing and then applied appropriate formatting to each section. Finally, we put it all into one document: proofread, clean, correctly formatted, and well organized.

Problem: The owner of Red Cactus Salsa needed a website for the ministry that he and his father-in-law felt led to create. He also wanted to be trained in content management, to be able to update his own site.

Solution: We built the website to the client's specifications and then provided customized training in content management. To further help the client understand how to update and manage his site, we created a user guide with text, graphics, and clear explanations of procedures.

Problem: Myron Wagner had a book he'd been wanting to write for years. Unfortunately, although Myron is a superb storyteller, he had trouble communicating his thoughts on paper.

Solution: We are providing book writing services for Myron. This means that it's still his book, but we are helping him to write it.

Specifically, we meet with Myron when he's ready to add new content or would like some feedback on something we've already covered. Then, we carefully listen to what he wants, and he tells us what he would like to have written.

Much of the time we just listen. But sometimes, we ask for clarification and also engage in dialogue that helps him develop what he wants to say. Before Myron's book is published, we will thoroughly proofread it and ensure that the formatting is also correct.
